We got up at 6 yesterday morning to go see the hot air balloons inflate & take off from Ann Morrison park. It was a beautiful morning – mid 60′s and sunny. Couldn’t ask for better! We went to the last balloon lift off they had – in 2006. There were lots of people there, and it really was spectacular! Hopefully they do make it an annual event.
After it was over, around 8, we went to mom & dad’s house for breakfast. We just hung out all day – took naps, played outside, etc. Mom, Olivia & I took off for a little while to go find some fall clothes for school. We got lots of stuff – jeans, pants, shirts, boots, a coat…did really well. Thanks mom! We also went to Albertsons to get more cheese and take advantage of some super sales.
Today I have been organizing and doing laundry. I took everything out of the pantry and organized it. Always a fun time, lol. I also switched to my fall purse (yellow isn’t cutting it when it’s getting cooler to me!), downloaded videos & pictures, and entered all of my receipts into Quicken. Let me tell ya, my life is pure excitement. I still have to post a giveaway on my other blog, empty the dishwasher, etc. Really, an exciting afternoon. She is napping. So, hope your Labor Day weekend is a bit more exciting than ours!

You must have been standing just a little ways down from Timmy and I, we were looking for you! Darn.
